We bought a brand new rv. There were issues so grand design ok me to get a service man come to RV to assess the problems. Andrew was the person the ordered the parts from they call me to let me know Andrew was not answering any emails or phone calls 3 months I called no parts where ordered. And I talked to Andrew and he wasn't taking responsibility for non of this. This has got to stop. That man needs do his job or get fired. User's recommendation: Stay clear.
