And just when you think customer service couldnt get any worse…

I'll echo others before me in saying "I'd give zero stars if I could." We booked our initial flight a year before our honeymoon. Between then and the time we left for our honeymoon, we exchanged 5 phone calls with them to 'reschedule' our flight. We kept getting notifications that our flight had been changed on our behalf. Fast forward, here we are on the day of our honeymoon, and fly on our connecting flight. As soon as we landed, we got an email saying our second leg of the trip had been cancelled. Cancelled on our behalf. We already had our boarding passes printed. After more grueling phone calls while the clock is ticking away, we finally received word they rebooked us. Our seats were downgraded. If we had any shorter than a 3 hour layover we wouldn't have made it. Thank you AAA for making our lives miserable and unnecessarily complicated and nearly ruining our honeymoon. When we called AAA about our negative experience, all they had to offer was a 'sorry' and 5% off our next booking. I'd rather crawl to my next destination than book through AAA again.
