I’ve alway gone to the Montecito branch. Always very nice and never a problem getting an advance from my SSDI check. Anastasia was not only rude but, she was training someone. I said to her you don’t need to be so rude! She just stared me down saying nothing. So I said well Thank you. No response. I said a “ your Welcome might be appropriat. NOTHING I planned on doing direct deposit since I just moved here. No Way would I ever step foot in that bank again
