I have had an issue with pest for the past several months. Management has sent pest control to try and resolve the problem issue but nothing has worked. No one calls to follow up to see if theirs still a problem. There are roaches all over my apartment. They are in my kitchen crawling on my counter tops they are in my bathrooms they crawl down my living room walls they are even at the entrance of my home. I have tried to be patient but the issue is getting worse and it seems no one is willing to help me with the issue. I have called and I have gone to the office on several occasions but it seems I’m irritated the staff with my issues. I’ve been told on several occasions that I would receive call backs but no one ever calls. They have sent an email once telling me that pest control will come to treat the apartment. But to this day no one has contacted me to even ask how everything is going. The pest control company told me that if I saw anything again it would be dead roaches and that after two weeks I wouldn’t see any. It’s been months now I haven’t seen any dead but plenty of live ones and it’s just getting worse. I’m really concerned that they are in my closets and in my furniture. We recently signed another lease in the summer for fourteen months because we really love the apartment but we do a lot of entertaining and can’t possibly continue to live under these conditions. I have so many issues but would rather speak with a live person to address all of my concerns. If we can’t get these problems resolved we would like to be let out of our Lease. I have plenty of video and pictures. I’m keeping a log.
