Hi all, get out of any deal with Nestle Waters. They will send you duplicate billing and there is no one at the company to help. Lines are busy, emails are not answered. They are very quick to charge late payment (4 days), yet there are always excuses why they can't deliver the water on time. As a previous customer with the Company for 18 plus years, no longer could I do business with such a disorganized company who cares nothing about their customers. Managers don't involve so they expect you to get frustrated and just give up. Take all your complaints to the Better Business Bureau who already has hundreds of complaints, and they will act on your behalf. Nestle Waters' reputation is already on the negative list with this agency. User's recommendation: Stay away.
