I recently had to quit a job that I just started on July 3oth due to the bullying and age discrimination in this facility. There is no director there at all to supervise the staff. I filed 3 reports with 3 different HR staff and all they tell you is that they have to investigate the facility, in the meantime this facility is ruining my health with chest pain, severe headache and cannot sleep or eat with stress and treatment I was getting there. I had no choice but to resign. Very sad. In the meantime I reported this information to the compliance hotline to corporate. This was a very hostile environment. There was age discrimination going on also. I was the only one in the front desk that is in her 50's. I was talked down to everyday for the 3 weeks I worked there. I went to the person that was in charged to complain about the treatment and nothing was done to those other people in the office that were bullying me . I hope no one else gets treated like this at a Banner facility. This facility where I worked needs a long investigation and people need to get fired. I found out 3 people quit in one month before I started there that should of told me something . Look out working at Banner! Have to quit a job to save your health!
