AMP Mobile refuses to replace damaged goods

I've bought months ago 2 changers from AMP Mobile, and BOTH ARRIVED DEMAGED!! What did they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! They lied to me several times, saying that they would send me 2 WORKING devices, but they never did it! And, EVERY TIME I try to contact them, I got a e-mail telling me the same story, and they NEVER FULLFILL THEIR PROMISSES!!
