Amount got debited from account but booking is not done

I have booked flight for London from Mumbai 31st Jan 2021 with amount 43805. Though amount got debited from my account but ticket booking is not done neither I got my money back. May I know how il get my amount back. User's recommendation: Don't opt for vistara.. customer support is not good.
