After being led to believe the services we needed would cost roughly $120-$150, our bill totaled $400. Coming home to this outrageously overinflated price clearly didn't sit too well with me. It only got worse when I inspected the "work" done. The technician who showed up used *our* last filter in the furnace and installed it improperly. He spoke broken English and couldn't properly explain to my girlfriend what the charges were on the bill. She asked him to show her how to light the fireplace (which he just "cleaned") and he had no idea. I called the company and expressed my displeasure. The person I spoke with was very nonchalant about it and more than likely hears these complaints on a routine basis. She was of no help. STAY AWAY from this company. Spend a little more on a company without all the coupons and discounts....it'll probably end up costing less when you're done!
