Each month I made a Payment on my auto loan and every other month they would not collect from the bank. then I would get phone calls saying my payment was not received,reversed by the bank or just late and they would then add late fees and a processing fee for the same UNCOLLECTED PAYMENT. I have made all payment before they were due. I have asked for and never been given any type of payment statement. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I did not take my loan out with them it was sold and would never do business with them again. User's recommendation: Find any other company. To buy a paper bag use some other company. they are in My opinion crook of the highest order.
