(Please read previous post titled “America’s Homeplace - Currently Building” first.) Upon my last posting,AHP has reached out via this website & in-person to resolve my issues. Today we met at the job-site with the GM & Project Manager to discuss all of our concerns. First off,I was wrong about the light bulbs. All of their homes for the past 8 years have been outfitted with LEDs. That was my fault. Furthemore,they were very receptive of my evaluation of the home & have promised to fix our major areas of concern. I hate that I had to be the one to point them out,however I really appreciate them genuinely handling our concerns as opposed to just brushing them off or trying to justify them. We look for those to be handled within the next 2 weeks. There will be more updates!
