I have a disconnection notice and is due for disconnect on a Thursday, so I called to see if I can pay for it the next day at 11am, since they won't be disconnecting until that Friday anyway. Stupid right, what's 2 hours. They are greedy and I wish it was another utility company I could use cause I really hate sneer with a passion.. They don't work with you at all, which is sad cause we're the reason why they are in business.
