AMC BUYS STARPLEX

Hours and hours trying to resolve an $8 issue I AM signed up for Starplex emails but did NOT receive the email allowing a $4 AMC Stubs membership. At this point; several emails, facebook IMs, and multiple phone calls later, I do not care, It is the point of the matter. AMC has wasted my time and their employees' time all over $8. Keep the coupon. I'll go to Regal, Apple, Bow Tie or Starplex in Kensington. If you make every $8 decision like this, you will be out of business soon. I am confident you do not as you seem like a well organized company, this situation not withstanding.. I am no longer interested in supporting your organization and I will be telling my story wherever and whenever possible. Woefully Underwhelmed, PS: Someone on your customer service 800 number also made me drive to the theater to no avail. You people are disappointing..
