We got a Breville espresso machine at Goodwill and loved it so much that I purchased another one at an auction. It broke a couple months later and Breville said I could send it in for a fee and theyd fix it. I couldnt believe it. Granted, it wasnt cheap because I had the next to the top model, but a month later a BRAND NEW Oracle Breville arrived because mine couldnt be fixed. Im so pleased with the quality and thought thats put into these products. We now have a toaster oven, microwave, wok, waffle iron, espresso machine, &;;; a panini...and will only buy Breville for home kitchen appliances! I wont buy from coffee shops anymore because Im always disappointed with their coffee. My Oracle makes it so much better... Thank you, Breville!!! User's recommendation: Buy Breville!!!
