My Amana washer broke 3 months ago the repairman came repair the wrong part came back broke the bolts going to the motor strip them all out now I need a gear casing a motor a spin basket the guys going to rebuild the whole thing I've been having problems for 3 months now you can't get the part till the end of July I just want my washer replaced it is a lemon I am under review for replacement right now it is a complete joke dealing with your customer service I was on hold for 2 and 1/2 hours and nobody ever called me back and even though my wait time was 2 minutes . User's recommendation: Do not buy Amana the quality went down hill.
