I was not aware that this was a trail. I answered a call for answering a survey the cream was supposed to be my award for doing so. I paid for the three bottles sent to me. Then I get a charge on my bank acc for $129.95. for products to be sent later. No one told me that this was NOT a one time purchase as I thought I requested a refund,The agent with whom I spoke said he could not refund my money but he would try to cancel my account. He was a very rude person because he hung UP on me! IF I don't get satisfacion I will take to the fraud dept
