Am never ordering anything online at Hibbetts again

I order shoes in December and when they came they sent me the wrong ones and I took it to the local store and had to go though *** to get it fixed it took almost a month to get them they re shipped them to the local store and they said they would be there in 3 Business days and it took almost two weeks and I had to call them to get them because they said I couldnt get a hold of me shes been there for a couple days they never called me like they said Now its February valentines Day was my birthday so I ordered a pair of shoes the other day and had them reserved in the store to buy online and pick up in 90 minutes been on the phone with in the last three days they said they had to refund my money Ill have to come back and re-buy the shoes and they have my money on hold for three days when I should I had the shoes in 90 minutes and when I call I just get transferred from one person to another its a joke so shoes I shouldve had 90 minutes so I am going to wind up waiting probably two weeks to get them because they said it could take up to 5 to 7 business days have your money put back on your card theres air in the computer I never got the email that I need to pick them up and when I asked why they couldnt just send me the email they said they couldnt bulllshit am done with Hibbetts
