The Mississauga location by Erin Mills Town Centre is ALWAYS under staffed! We have eaten here on numerous occasions over the past few years and this has been an ongoing issue! We have experienced it and even the servers have complained to us. One time we ate here, they actually ran out of chicken and our family had to wait quite a while to eat. Today, their menu had the promotion of a new item: hand breaded fish and chips. When we tried to order it, we were told by the server that they never received any supplies for the fish so it could not be ordered! Unbelievable. We really feel sorry for the way the servers are spreading themselves thin especially during busy times, in addition to having to deal with humiliating situations like running out of cooked chicken to serve or even not being able to accept an order for a product that the location was not supplied with. Its about time this location gets its act together and ensure they are adequately staffed and supplied!
