Today I did not have internet or telephone service for over two hours. I a was expected some important phone calls that I no doubt missed. It seems that there is always some outage of service in this area. Do you think you can contact anyone in the home headquarters to complain.....NO< NO>NO The people that answer the phone only know that there is an outage but not what it is. Mediacom provides lousy service. It is approximately half the price of ATT and we get what we pay for....don't we.... I don't know what "more details" this stupid email needs....I have said all I wish to say...from now on, my comments are about this stupid email which keeps demanding that at least 100 words must be entered
