I've lived in my home for over 35 years. Each time the power goes out, NES has another "creative" excuse as to why. I live on the "end" of the electrical service in Cheatham County but close to the Davidson County line. We always get service restored last. Same thing happened during the ice storm years ago. As new people move into this area, I always give them a housewarming gift - a flashlight, matches, and candles -- because it's not a matter of IF the power will go out frequently, it's a matter of WHEN.
