Always placed on hold for 30minutes to over an hour or disconnected when it is my turn. Lousy service in regards to getting answers.

Moved from Texas to Oregon. They no longer have the phone service my Dish account was bundled with. Cannot get a dish representative to tell me what my bill is or receive a paper bill at my new address. The phone company here does not bundle with DISH. So, I need a bill before it gets to large I can't pay it. It says you are always here to listen but all I do is listen to piped in music and never get a person. I am ready after over 15 years to switch to a different service.
