This company refuses to take any sort of action for their terrible service. If anyone working for Amazon, or any other retailers for that matter, reads this I highly suggest dropping this carrier service if not just never using them in the first place. I have NEVER heard good things about OnTrac, and their service will drop your companies ratings if used.
