This lovely lady Maria no. 7887 was extremely helpful and ever so polite to help me get my 2019 fine resolved without any lengthy persuasion or drama. I ended up with a fee of $12.00 instead of 102.40. One rule of thumb is always be polite & respectful and less aggressive towards customers services ppl. They only represent a company. They are there to do a job so beings nice goes a long way. Thank you Maria.
