Always arrives broken

They pack sculptures in thick foam inside the box. But it you could HEAR the broken piece loose in the box, then WHY did you ship it? It's packed so well that I don't think it happened in shipping. They wanted my money but didn't even have it in stock in Oct. Said Dec. It did not arrv until March 2021. User's recommendation: could be a headache. dull paint compared to pics.
