ALternator replacement turned bad.

Mitsubishi MS brought to GL for alternator failure. They refused to just replace alternator without also replacing all seals, valve cover, cam seals, etc to stop oil seepage. 4-$500 job now costing upwards of $1600 +. When my wife picked up vehicle it now was running and missing so badly that when she reached the street the service engine light came on (never had a problem before on this car). A cursory inspection I immediately found the engine cover was not secured, Auto trans filler bracket was pulled to the side and not bolted in place, loose bolts were on the cowling, loose nut was found on top of started, oil leaks were not fixed (despite paying for all seals and gaskets supposedly replaced). They claimed the spark plugs were bad!. In short, I took it to an RELIABLE independant shop and found that they had crossed wires on the ignition and did NOT replace any of the seals they charged me for.
