Almost had a fire

We purchased the doorbell on 9/15/2020, had it installed by a Hello Tech tech. As suggested in the pamphlets that came with the doorbell 2 days later. After 1 1/2 days the doorbell started ringing randomly, no one was there. Next (same day) we smell electrical burning...
