almost 4 months on and package is still stuck in china processing centre

Ordered four items in early May. Realised after my purchase that I did not input my flat number, only house number and street number were given. I couold not find a way to amend my purchase delivery address online, so I wrote to customer service (helpline was persistently not available) informing them of my full address details and phone number in the event of failed delivery. - LA525619252CN Surprise, surprise! Items were returned as they were deemed "undeliverable" (obviously none bothered to act on my email). I subsequently wrote to them 3 emails requesting them to resend with full address. And most recently a full refund. NOT a single response from [protected]@bodeaz.com. The customer hotline is a bogus line it would seem - i can't connect through at all hours. Package has been stuck at Processing Centre in China since [protected]:18 despite email enquiries on its status. Can someone from the company contact me on as I would like a full refund now. Thanks!
