I have been scammed on the refund requested within the three day period required in the contract. Sent cancellation back but the vipers refused to cancel my contract coerced me into reversing cancellation as they stated the were not going to cancel the contract therefore, I would loose all money $3, 500 unless I stayed with their program. or sue them. They stated an attorney would cost me thousands of additional dollars...I had advised them when I sent cancellation Do NOT Call Here Again!...But, they did not comply, continued to call on lan line when I didnt call back they called me on my CELL PHONE. I would not have answered but they have a system in place where the cell number incoming is not utah but the state they are calling you in...so I thought it was a local call! If you have been scammed please call FTC Federal Trade Commission, I was told that they would go after the ### if they keep getting complaints...They may be able to fine them and perhaps help the folks ripped off by them. Also file BBB complaint on the Utah Website, and expose them on every forum you find! If you have not done business with the ### do not! I learned the hard way!
