Trying to get a day pass while in Cabo. The 800 number tells you it is $99, the resort tells you $249 which is $36 cheaper than a person off the street would pay. Then you call to speak to supervisor on phone and they tell you there is no day pass? What!!!! You can never communicate with the same person twice. There is never a supervisor available and the one time they tell you there is a supervisor you are on hold at least one half hour and then disconnected. Been a member since 2010 and every time I go to a palace resort I have a problem and spend hours with representatives trying to correct it. Why does life have to be so difficult after you invest a lot of money in this company? They just want you to sit through another presentation to try to get more, more, more out of you.
