My name is Rita Shapiro and my email is rita.[protected]@sbcglobal.net. Dates of our vocation March 29, 2017 – April 5, 2017. My son and I bought an all inclusive vocation package through your site. We went to Occidntal at Xcaret Hotel in Mexico. First of all we had to pay for tax from airport and to the hotel and back from the hotel to the airport. We paid total of $300.00 cash and also our booking listed a deluxe room, but we were not provided with any complimentary toiletries. So we ask for reimbursement for what we had to spend for the taxi and for inconvenience in the amount of $500.00. Please respond via email above
