All around nightmare experience

Bought a bed in Nanaimo, was told the Kingstown was a 'cooling' bed. Employee seemed sure of the details. Upsold us a frame and a pricey matress cover. Slept with the cover one night and it wouldn't stay on the bed at all and was super crinkly and loud like plastic...
