AlertUSA – Equipment Review from Cambridge, Massachusetts

I subscribed to a monitoring service but canceled after a dispute over billing. Alertusa told me to send the equipment back and I did. Alertusa said they never received the equipment but Ups said it was delivered. They took out $250 from my bank account so I reversed that charge only for them to tell me it was now $500. After some research I found that other people had the same exact problem with this company. STAY AWAY FROM ALERTUSA!!!!!!!!!
