I am awaiting for a credit refund for this item. Due to the malfunctioning of the sliding gate opener (Aleko technicians confirmed the problem was not fixable and issue instructions to discard). Subsequently, I purchased a replacement gate opener from Aleko Heavy-Duty Sliding Gate Opener - AR5750 - Accessory Kit ACC4}. I was directed to pay for the replacement gate opener as a separate transaction and informed that a refund will be issued for the damaged gate opener. Please issue refund for the purchase of the gate which was not operational.
