Majority have these angry customer are people who didn't read the contract before signing it. Thus giving them the illusion that Ahs will cover every thing that goes wrong in their home at little or no cost to them. I have experienced this first hand as a contractor for ahs. Bottom line ahs customer need to understand their contract better. Read something before you sign it, if you don't like what you read don't sign it. And lastly understand that ahs will not cover everything at no cost to you, sometime you will have to *** the bullet and come out of pocket for repairs, sorry.
