I paid 2 1/2 yrs on an alarm Ive never could use. I finally told them I would quit paying the bill until fixed. Now my house has been broken in. Insurance did give me a better rate and there not happy about the alarm not working. Ive taken 3 days off to meet an technician that never showed up. At the end of the day they said theres no technician in my area. Lost 3 day wages and no alarm fixed do not use. Ive turned my account over to lawyers along with house insurance. User's recommendation: Do not use safe Guard.
