I live in Eleventh Ave , Berea, Durban. My neighbors alarm goes off every week or so. this issue is that this goes off for hours. I phone the Chubb and the standard response is that they will see what they can do. I realize that it is the owners issues but surly Chubb should not be allowed to install such alarm or at least react/call the owners/turn the thing off.
