AirPod pros are too loud on phone calls. Even at the lowest volume setting, sometimes on a conference call other peoples voices hurt my ears. And you cannot turn the volume down low enough to make it comfortable. Thats ridiculous. There are lots of complaints on Apples website but no resolution offered. They have some articles that dont actually help you. User's recommendation: Do not buy the Apple AirPods Pro.
