My sister had taken a flight to Malaysia Ipoh by Scoot Flight. However, when she need to using self check in machine and found out that more than 4 machine is not working. Also, that machine can't verify her pass port as well and need to take long Q to look for the assistant to check in. We had asking to the Scoot staff about this problem and the answer is very disappointed "he don't know". Please kindly consider of this issue. Hope your will understand it was not only one people loss the time. It was happening on 27/01/2019, 13:00pm Thanks, Shum
