Update by user Jun 13, 2021 haven't heard back about refund Original review posted by user Jun 11, 2021 I booked tickets for my family to fly from Mexico to Miami...VEYWSC...they got covid and I had to cancel. You are kind to have issued me a credit towards future flights but because they got covid can I get a refund instead. Thank you
