JustFly has acknowledged that I have a travel credit but will not put me through to a representative. It's an endless cycle of emails about how I urgently need to speak with someone, to phone calls where I'm on hold for hours then disconnected. I'm not sure anyone is even there. I've been on hold for almost 2 hours today alone. I've tried to use the website since they claim to be very busy with Covid cancellations (for over a year now.) The website just generates the same useless emails that never get resolved. This has to be illegal. It's a fare of almost $700.
