Airbnb – Abysmal customer service

The worst customer service EVER!!! Airbnb had me wait for 3 hours in dark outside of an apartment building in a sketchy area, in a developing country. Host not responded to any attempts at contact.

Stay away!!! Company doesn't care about it's customers.
