I booked Tuong Ni Hotel Danang for 4 nights 4 rooms from 6th - 10th March 2020 When I reached and wanted to check in I was told the hotel is taken over by new owner and under renovation. We were stranded and had to find other hotel. My booking numbers: I1UN5G - 1 room K97WGB - 1 room VQJ79B - 2 rooms This is my worse Experience with Airasiago. I demand a full refund for the payment.
