Air Wick Essential Mist Lavender & Almond Blossom Air Freshener – 0.67oz not working

I bought 2 of the kits. They both worked about 2 weeks then stopped working. I've changed the batteries bought new oil refill and nothing seems to fix them I don't have the boxes or the receipt from when I bought them I bought one at Walmart and one at dollar general. If you have a way or advice to fix the ones I have thst would be greatly appreciated
