I booked two tickets on travelerhelpdesk.com on 6/18/21, then I realized that I had booked the wrong return date. I called them & spent an hour booking the correct flight. Meanwhile, I get several emails with different confirmation numbers. I also get an email saying that the original trip was unable to confirm. I made the mistake of disregarding those emails until the day of the flight. None of those three emails had a viable confirmation with the airline. When I called them to find a viable resolution, they told me that they made a mistake & apologized. They said that the email that said that it couldn't be confirmed was because Frontier didn't provide a confirmation & they never charged my card for the second transaction. I asked when I'd get a refund / why they hadn't contacted me... They just said that I would get a refund in 3 business days. Fast forward to a week later, still no refund. I called them, they said that it takes 14 - 19 days.
