I booked 3 tickets through from LAX to Sanya, due to no direct flight, my booking is from LAX-Chengdu, Chengdu-Sanya. But overlap time in Chengdu only 1 hour. I was assuming online booking website would filter the flight that not enough for MCT. Fortunately I called the airline and airport to double check. They both told me MCT is 150 minutes. I called Vayama, twice, their customer service had very bad attitude insisted me to pay for the change at $900 plus wait for a whole day to transfer in mid night to a 3rd city then to my destination at 1am. I will be traveling with two kids with very limited time to visit my mom who is 80 years old. I asked to talk to manager, they rejected to transfer. My point is: 1) they should not offer tickets transfer time less than MCT at first place. simple program! 2) I need a solution for my coming up trip at no extra cost. Someone from Vayama needs to contact me! 3) Vayama needs to train their customer service how to talk to customer and know how to escalate the issue when they can't handle.
