Air fryer XL does not work!

The second time I used it the handle on the rack was off, the rubber thing on the rack was missing, I could not lower or rise up the rack, using my air fryer for the 4th time and it started smelling like wires were hot and it was making humming noise. I am very disappointed, and mad!
