Basket won't close properly and food doesn't get cooked properly because it keeps shutting off unless I stand there and hold it tightly closed. I looked inside with a flashlight and saw black plastic pieces all on the bottom of the fryer. I also looked towards the inside top of the fryer and saw the black plastic(inside towards top) which probably holds the basket in place, was broken in several areas . Now it won't stay closed and therefore Nit is not useable. I love this and would LOVE to have it replaced at no charge. Any chance of that?
