American Home Shield contracted my repairs with them. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get parts and then they were the WRONG parts! The manager/supervisor refused to contact me or hear my complaint. The service was unprofessional, bootleg and incompetent!!! Dont do it. Refuse to use them if AHS tries to push them off on you. This is my 2nd time being subjected to them. The first time was about 2 years ago and I just forgot the name, but wony EVER make that mistake again!
