Air conditioning Attn! Mr. Barry Pearl

Yesterday my Air-Conditioner was repaired after living with 85 degrees. I have been a very loyal customer, recommended many people, have Written complimentary letters, tip the repairmen. One day later I again have to leave my home with my very ill husband Because my home is an inferno. No one can come until Tuesday. I called the emergency number, told them there is a medical letter on file for my husband. They couldn't care less. My Unit was purchased Thru Pride. I was told everything has been repaired. Why does a new unit have to be repaired so often??? I believe what I am going thru is Unacceptable!!! The fact that it is a Holiday is no excuse. I believe This unit is a Lemon, and should be replaced. Thank you for listening Very truly yours, Ida Wax b******@msn.com
