I've been trying since june 2020 to get my air conditioner replaced i bought my trailer new in 2020 its a 2019 mallard M32 and the air conditioner has never worked its 107 degrees here and im really mad i went all last summer unable to use my trailer because of the heat they replaced the capacitor and it didn't fix the problem. I am really disappointed in the customer service at Dometic they just keep handing me off to another department and nothing gets resolved.
